The first thing that struck me was that the extra short cable (I knew it would be short) was so stiff it was almost impossible to bend it around anything. In fact, it was so rigid that you couldn't lay the device flat; He kept wanting to lift the corner off the table. The instructions said it had to be flat so it became a two person job. However, we connected and deserved it. We tried the install CD and played the DVD of the movie to watch, then put it aside until I needed it. I needed it today but when I plugged it in and put the CD in it showed it had read the one in the desk drawer.
