The only thing that I disliked was when the price starts at $500/month if you want more than 500 subscribers under an account I think its unfair pricing for such a great product! You should pay what they're worth because this service is amazing so far. It has helped me improve retention rates of our applications which have made us more money in total revenue. The ability to track app usage and see retention rates. The amount of data we can pull in is also very helpful. The team at Hengam has been helpful and responsive. They also have a great team behind them that is very knowledgeable. There is nothing that I dislike about Hengam. Hengam has been very helpful in getting our retention numbers up. We can see which features are most popular and which are not.
