***REVIEW UPDATE*** I don't even think it's been a year and the house is falling apart. The barn doors are off the hinges and don't close well, some of the panels along the back keep falling off. It became bothersome to the eyes in her room, but it's still a good size dollhouse, just wish it could stand up to daily play. My daughter still likes it. We bought this dollhouse for our daughter a few weeks ago and it's sitting in the garage waiting for one of us to build it. I spent most of yesterday putting it together, but I don't mind. I love putting these projects together and the look on my kids faces while it is being built was priceless. What you should know: The house is big, very big. The pictures don't do him justice. It's not very wide, though, so I'm not worried it won't fit in her room. Follow the assembly instructions in the Bilt & Manual. This will make your life much easier. As I said, this part took a long time to assemble, but take your time and follow the instructions, you'll be fine. You will need a Phillips head and a hex key (a wrench is included). Note. All devices clearly organized for you! All pieces are numbered so I made sure all numbers were visible when I laid them on the floor. A little organization from the start will go a long way. Barbie fits perfectly. No need to buy new dolls unless you want to. I personally love this house. The box arrived in perfect condition. Items are intact - no damage. I highly recommend this house.
