Didn't work in the 2013 Chrysler 300 S

This didn't work in my 2013 Chrysler 300 S I'm not sure if I just have a bad part or what but I think my husband even said that it wouldn't fit anyway or something. We went to the auto zone and received a part with a completely different model number that didn't even look like the one in the photo. The one that came with my car was $30 compared to the $10 I paid for this one, the price should have given it away.
