Review on πŸ’ PMD Sports Ultra Pump Fuel Insanity - Cherry Bombsicle: Power-packed Pre Workout Drink Mix for Energy, Strength, Endurance, and Muscle Recovery by Cindy Tapia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Expensive product but justified.

Probably most people look at the price of this product and switch to cheaper options. and that's a big mistake. Every other pre-workout I've taken (and there are many) makes bold claims about creatine, arginine, citrulline, and beta-alanine. They call it. If you do your homework, you'll find that all of these products contain only trace (ie completely ineffective) amounts of the ingredients listed on the label. Next. Pump Fuel properly doses creatine, citrulline, arginine and beta-alanine. I know this because they tell you the amount on the bottle; they are not hidden in a proprietary mix! Additionally, Kre-Alkalyn (or Buffered Creatine Monohydrate) is the best and most proven type of creatine on the market. That brings me back to the price. If you buy another pre-workout and add creatine, citrulline, arginine, and beta-alanine (which I've done before), the cost of all of this will far exceed the price of this product. I know because I did it once. All flavors are pretty good, but my favorites are Strawberry Slam, Tropical Orange Mango, Cherry Bombsicle, and Island Punch (Medium Stim). Speaking of stimulants, I also like that they have 3 dosing options: full stimulant (325 mg of caffeine), medium stimulant (200 mg), and no stimulant. I use them in different ways; I use the full stimulation option on upper body days, the medium stimulation option on lower body days when a higher heart rate is less comfortable, and the no stimulation option on non-training days to maintain my creatine load, etc. Until then As long as this product exists in its current quality, may I don't justify using anything else.
