Beautiful chain, terrible packaging
Received the necklace and in the end my wife liked it. That being said, it took me about 30 minutes to unravel the necklace before putting it in another box to wrap and put under a tree. I'm so glad I opened it up and took it out of the box first, otherwise Christmas morning would have been pretty ugly.
