The first time, the loops creaked very strongly and the headband was put on crookedly (sliding to one side by 5-8 mm, this is visible and not pleasant), I decided to return it. Accepted without problems (up to 7 days you can return any product of good quality, with the exception of a few categories). I ordered another one, they will fasten the loops again, I think: “Well, to hell with it!”, But a more serious problem was discovered: it’s not possible to listen to the headphones over the wire, as it constantly transmits sound from the left, then from the right, everything works fine via Bluetooth , I think that just the Jack in the headphones is defective. I will return it again, because I’m not ready to put up with such a marriage, but I probably won’t order a third time, there are too many problems.
