I bought this for my elderly mother who is overweight and takes blood thinners so she doesn't get warm enough even when the rest of the household roast for the stove is heated . The Throwbee is very easy for her to put on and keeps her warm so the stove can be set to a lower temperature and the rest of us don't run down our backs. Excellent value for money and quality. thing that works well and does what it's supposed to do! Sometimes she just throws it over her knees and legs like a blanket. He is very soft. She loves red. It would be nice if they offered it in dark brown, dark gray and black. I could actually buy one just to keep warm, but red, brown, and blue just don't work for me.
