Review on ASUS Designo MX27UC Type C Monitor - Adaptive 50Hz, Flicker-Free, Blue Light, Frameless, HD, 4K Display by Scott Conner

When I received this item, it started to overheat after a few hours, causing a series of multicolored lines to appear on the monitor. I work from home and don't have the luxury of turning off my monitor and waiting for it to cool down. Since it was still under warranty, Revain referred me to an ASUS support rep. They asked me to send it back, they fixed the problem and sent it back to me. I was without a monitor for about 3 weeks, give or take. Since then I haven't had any problems with the monitor. Three stars for the initial headache after purchasing this monitor. Added a star for customer service. The phone representative was very helpful and the ASUS reps kept in touch with me via email every step of the way.
