Great Box Wavy/Corrugated Nozzle - Great. The straight cut is terrible. First they bow to him. Second, it has a blunt edge so it doesn't cut at all. Third, it's barely wide enough across the box. So if you don't get it right, you'll end up with a curve. Fourth, the straight cutter doesn't reach the bottom of the box, so now all the soap needs to be cut off. That's not a clean cut. To top it off I can't return it as you can see signs of wear after just one use.
