Review on 🎂 Nordic Ware Bundt Cake Keeper - Clear, Deluxe Design by Adrienne Johnson

I bought this pan at the same time as a new frying pan, mainly because I don't have a plate big enough for a pie. Its hard, strong plastic. It's not fully sealed, but as close as it gets. First I made a carrot cake with cream cheese filling. There are only 3 people in my family so it may take a while to eat the whole cake. When I kept it in this container, I was very surprised that even after 5 days it does not let the cake dry. I didn't do anything to cover the cut end of the cake (since there was no plastic wrap or anything) just covered it with a lid and it stayed almost as moist as when the cake was first cut. And it was no coincidence, just recently I baked a chocolate cake and got the same results. I was doubly impressed because I wasn't even expecting this, I basically just bought it so I have room to hold the knot and stop any potential intruders. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't eat their cake on the first day. (I also bought a large plastic knife for slicing as I don't want to scratch it with metal. This knife is technically for cheese but works great for cakes too.))
