I LOVE this thing! I do a foot soak every night with some of this, half a capful of generic Listerene, about the same amount of white vinegar and usually some peppermint oil, I add boiling hot water to dissolve it all and then some cooler water. I soak every night and feel much more relaxed and pain free. I suffer from chronic pain and first discovered magnesium oil spray, this is another way to take it and get relief! I have also used the spray on my pets, one of my small dogs (6 year old Yorkie mix) was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He was terminally ill and luckily I got him to the vet in time.
