Sturdy camera mount suitable for tripod and monopod accessories
Sturdy metal plate. This is a true VCT-14 plate with a spring loaded rear pin that helps keep the camera in place without wobbling. Avoid VCT-U14 inserts as they have a solid rear pin and are not usually solid metal. Despite its all-metal construction, it doesn't weigh as much as it could due to cutouts on the sides.
