Review on Hosteam by Ralph Gerry

They are excellent at solving problems, they listen to what you need and find out best ways of reaching your needs. After implementing in my organization I think they have made many improvements which was not possible before due to lack of resources of our org. So far we didnt face any issue related their products or services but everything seems ok so far. Nothing as of now. Our business process has been enhanced with few innovative features like Chat support via a webpage etc which was very useful when people were away from office it helped them stay at touch from another remote location. I love the ability to have my calendar in one place where I can see any emails I am tracking. I also like that I can keep track of the people I am working with in my meetings. Some of the features I would like to see are a way to have a specific folder for each meeting or call and the ability to edit the meeting or call after I have started. I am saving a lot of time by having all of my meetings in one place.
