I usually only write reviews for books and forget about the millions of other things I buy at Revain. I've had mixed success buying clothes for my daughters from manufacturers I've never heard of at Revain. Now I'm always careful and only buy clothes that have free returns. Because of this risk, I read reviews of verified purchases very, very carefully. I decided I had to return the favor and write a review on this absolutely stunning dress. I bought a polka dot dress for my 7 year old daughter's day at school. I didn't worry too much about the quality, as it should only last a day in the worst case. It turns out my low expectations were completely unfounded. This dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. My daughter also liked it and is a bit picky about the material. She won't wear anything soft. She doesn't want her clothes to "nudge" her in any way. The first time she put it on, she was pacing the kitchen. It is really beautiful and the dress swirls beautifully. We bought the red and it's a bright cherry red, not a tomato red. Ideal! I bought my normal size and it fits as expected. Sometimes I have had problems with the clothes I buy from Revain and they run small. This was not the case. In all of this, there will be a dress that she will wear again and again, and not just one day with polka dots!
