Perfect Paper for Smoking Meats

Through trial and error, I found that this paper is the perfect thickness and keeps my briskets moist and flavorful while smoking. It's also great because it's FDA approved and disposable, making clean up a breeze. The only con is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other options on the market.
