Students draw complex science concepts right on the lab benches in my classroom. I used to use EXPO neon markers which worked well, but then a colleague told me about this brand and I had to try it. I've only tested them twice so I can't rate the durability of the handles, but the colors are so intense that they contrast with the black finish on my countertops. Students said they liked the sharp edges that these pens can create, as opposed to the Expo pens, which have a wider tip and slightly more flow. This will be my favorite brand of lab markers from now on. Specifically, these chalk markers require more than glass cleaners to remove stains from surfaces. I have found Clorox wipes to be the best for removing residue.
