Watched some installation videos, the installation was easy! Simply loosen 3 screws and lower! The old man stumbled because of the 18th year! This was just right for my 2002 Dodge Ram and all my problems were fixed! If your problem is related to first three speeds not working (blower not working), this is what you need for a quick fix!
