I'm a software developer and gamer and I spend a lot of time in my office chair. I have back pain from an injury 11 years ago. Three herniated discs in my lower back, sciatica, and muscle spasms prevented me from being truly comfortable in an office chair for years. I've had a few expensive chairs but this is by far the best I've had in terms of comfort. me. The full back of the chair has a nice and comfortable headrest, allowing me to sit perfectly upright with full support for my back. The lumbar pillow is the right size and adjustable so you can customize the ergonomics to perfection. To be honest I don't really need the removable pillow that comes with the chair, maybe when I've reclined in the chair for a nap or something. I can tell that if you attach a pillow through the "seat belt" holes, it ends up right at the level of your neck (at least for me), so it's comfortable, but I just don't see myself like me that often use it. The PU leather is a bit stiff out of the box, but after a few hours it starts to tear and softens nicely. The materials of the chair are excellent. Assembly took about half an hour and the included instructions are among the best written I've seen on a piece of furniture that you can assemble yourself. The chair comes in a sturdy box and is well packaged so nothing can be damaged. It even comes with a pair of white cotton work gloves to wear when assembling, which is a first for me. Overall I would highly recommend this chair to anyone with back problems, sciatica etc. If you're in pain after sitting in a chair for hours, this chair is a great investment in your back health.
