July 2019 update: One of the wheels broke, a first for me in an office or gaming chair. The wheels are linked together so that there are two of them on each span of the base. The chair exceeds my expectations, it is very durable. It may seem too big for a small person, but it was very comfortable for me. The lumbar support is very comfortable and does a great job of providing the support I need for the injury I am treating. Assembly was a problem. One of the screws on the back of the chair was almost tight when trying to screw it in with the Allen key provided. If I didn't have my own ratcheting hex wrench I wouldn't use it without this torque. Even a bit of work is attempted with each bolt to minimize misaligned bushings that allow for smooth bolt entry.
