I'm a data analyst so I spend 8-12 hours a day at my desk crunching numbers. Well, I know a comfortable chair. I've worked in one position or another at a desk for about 30 years and have sat in probably a hundred different chairs, some crappy, some very expensive. This is by far the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Good Qualities: I'm 6ft 1in and weigh 260 pounds. This chair easily supports my height and weight with free space. High quality PU leather. It seems like it should last a very long time with a little care. - The foam that makes up the pillows is firm but adapts well to my body. - I like the lumbar and neck pillows, they are comfortable and adapt well to any position. Put a chair in. - Assembly was easy enough, but be willing to work, this thing is heavy. - I like the color, the red is very bright and the white is very clean. Cons: Unfortunately, I have some bad things to say.- Firstly, as the attached picture shows, upon inspecting the chair after taking it out of the box, I found a very small tear at the top of the headrest. I checked the packaging and it was fine, so this tear happened before the chair was packaged. I was very disappointed you buy a chair for so much money and you are like a pickaxe to break. Since I've waited so long to get it, I brought it to the country I live in and brought it upstairs. I've decided to just live with a tear in a place where it doesn't get any worse, it's just cosmetic. for now. Second, I worked very hard to try and eliminate the "jiggling". As heavy and well designed as this chair was, I hoped it wouldn't rock back and forth. Maybe I'm asking too much, but there's a slight hesitation. I've tightened the mounting screws twice and they're currently tight, but the wobble is still there. Something I can live with again. I would recommend this chair to anyone and everyone if you are willing to spend a coin to get it. I only downgraded for a crack, which I'm sure is very, very rare, and a slight wobble that a lighter person probably wouldn't cause.
