Review on Alpha 20Mm Sensor Cleaning Swabs by Mike Modesto
It worked as advertised.
I had a few spots in the photo. Turns out the spots were on the sensor of my Panasonic g85. These swabs lightly moistened with Photographic Solutions Eclipse Optic Cleaner did the trick. My only complaint is why they are sooooo expensive. Looks like they shouldn't be more than half the price of $22. I will look for similar but cheaper options.
