It's almost impossible to find where to turn them on and when you find them you'll almost break your finger from having to press so hard. I can then click another setting, but there's no way I can turn that off until I put it on the charger. This means that when I rinse my face, the sink or countertop hums the entire time. The final straw as I used it and then found traces of makeup on a cotton swab from my toner. It's hard to use, impossible to turn off, and doesn't even clear my face. Worst purchase ever! If the box hadn't been torn when I unpacked it, I would have happily returned it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
