Nothing really about this service has been good except their representatives are very friendly with great customer support when you need it! They have never once done something wrong or given me an issue that I did not ask them specifically if they would do anything differently next time we work together (which there always will be!). It's all positive but since my last call was 7 months ago maybe some things changed? Call center should improve because sometimes people don't take your order properly especially during busy times like tax season where many customers want calls answered right away vs taking turns waiting so everyone can get called eventually -.-.
