I received my package over a month ago. I began to assemble it and a part of the top was damaged. I've called Keter 3 times. The first time the representative told me they were sending a new part. I waited over a week and called back. Again, the 2nd representative I spoke to said he was sending out a replacement. Again, I waited and nothing. The 3rd time I called the representative told me there was a shortage on that part and that a replacement would be sent out when the warehouse had one available. 🦗🦗🦗 still waiting. I have a large box in my hallway until I receive the part.
