Review on Duck EasyLiner Adhesive Surfaces, Clear - 12 inches x 36 feet by Demond Clenney

I have used this to protect dustbound and soft cover books, particularly those that have been manufactured/shipped with poorly trimmed or slightly torn edges. It works well on books, sticky enough to hold after a hard press but not so sticky that it leaves glue behind or picks up parts of the book when you need to peel the film off due to air bubbles. You'll need to unroll a small section at a time and have a few items to hold the paper if you're doing it yourself. This is a "transparent matte" finish. The only problem I had was that peeling off wax paper easily leaves a crease on the adhesive paper if you don't press on that part. I don't know the exact length but it's enough for my needs and I plan to buy it again when my current roll runs out. I was arguing between this and the Con-tact brand, but after seeing the reviews that Con-tact leaves adhesive and a sticky residue, I settled on this one.
