I bought a set of four lamps in April, installed all four lamps and one failed after 6 weeks of normal use. I contacted a representative via live chat to ask if I could get a replacement bulb and was told to contact the manufacturer as it has been over 30 days since my purchase. If I bought this item from a hardware store and returned it because it doesn't work they would accept a return I think. I have returned items to Costco and Bed Bath & Beyond and they accept returns (often at store cost) and Revain should do the same. But since Revain doesn't, it tells me that you don't endorse your products and prompts me to stop buying from you in the future.
