Overall I am satisfied with the product. You should ship it in a hard container. When I received it several letters were broken. I used it anyway because it has a simple application process. If you leave the letters on the plastic side and peel off the wax paper, stick the plastic to the truck with the letter and then peel off the plastic once placement is complete. It looks great when done like this. If you look closely you should be able to get it working when it's broken. I could send it back but didn't want to wait for another one to arrive. So I made it.
