I ordered this product to hang curtains for a cute indoor wedding backdrop. The product arrived damaged, one side is in perfect condition and the other is stuck. I took the laptops out completely just to make sure the rods weren't tight, but they still wouldn't move and I had to force them back into place. A tote bag that I passionately hate. I'll add photos later if I'll allow it. Everything fits into the slots and then the Velcro closes like closing an envelope, except the two outside pockets don't just snap in the middle. You can carry it like a gym bag, but be careful not to tip it the wrong way or it will squirt out. The side that didn't require a fight was very easy to level up. I say it's great for the price and I might just buy another bag to stuff everything in. I just want one side to work as well as the other. Annoyed I had an insert and the paint was completely scratched off on one side.
