Bought a new TV mount that lowers the TV in front of the fireplace. I liked that the TV is lower when we're watching it, but it's raised and doesn't bother us when we're not washing. However, if the TV doesn't work, he orders a DVR and a BR player. I used this to resend a single IR. Works great, I connected it to one of the USB ports on the TV and installed the receiver on the front of the TV and the transmitters on the back of the TV. One is strong enough that I didn't have to place emitters in the devices themselves, so I don't have to worry about cables when moving the TV.
