Review on Iron Crusader Action Figure In Armor By EnderToys by Robert Cooper

Good looking toy, but HORRIBLE JOINTS!

Pretty disappointed with the quality of the joints in these toys. My son loves watching the videos on youtube and was so excited to get an actual toy of his favorite, Furious Destroyer. As you can see in the photos the figure is a plastic base with a custom vinyl adhered to it. That all seems fine, but you need to keep the toys out of water and sun, otherwise I suspect they would peel pretty badly. The real problem here is with the joints. They're awful. The worst I've ever seen in any action figure, especially at this price. After just 4 days, the arms and legs feel like they're ready to fall off. They're wobbling horribly and we've basically told our son to severely limit his playing with the figures or they'll be broken.I'm an adult collector of action figures, and I've seen toys with poorly made joints before, but these are BAD. Especially at the price they're charging: I paid what I would expect to pay for a high quality toy, where you would reasonably expect quality materials. Unfortunately, that's not the case here.My suggestion, don't waste your money. But if you're buying for a young child (7 - 10 years) encourage them to display it on a dresser or shelf where they can look at them, but don't play with them. DON'T purchase these for small children (say, under 6). They will be destroyed within a week!

Pros
  • They was a gift!!
Cons
  • Pretty cheaply made and not worth the $20 it cost to buy and ship, but my 9 year old likes it.
