Bostitch Demonstrates How To Annoy Your Customers

It's easy to annoy your customers: 1) Build a multi-nozzle tool, then tighten the included nozzle so that not being gripped by the tool can prevent it from turning when you try to loosen the nut holding the nozzle. Correct, the nozzle CANNOT be changed. Many other customers have asked for help with this issue. I couldn't find an answer. It's possible that if you're using a starter jet, over time the nut will loosen, but it doesn't help if you want to use a different jet from the start. 2) Send it without rotary connector. Possibility of immediate connection to the air supply system? Not only is the tool not ready to use when it arrives, but you also have to buy a $9 rotary connector, making the actual cost of the tool much higher. What makes this particularly egregious is that the nozzle is visible in the promotional photo (on the far right of the photo you can see a silver protrusion. What else could it be?) 3) Put it in a plastic sleeve which is great for display product, but once you put on the swivel (see previous section) and the leather case, the case will not close. In other words, putting a tool into a working configuration is useless.
