I don't know why there isn't a review that highlights the low end of these mics, but I need to significantly, if not completely, attenuate the low frequencies to offset the ridiculous amount of bass. If I leave my mixer on neutral the mics will pick up any noise from people singing and it sounds bad. Of course the mics sound good once tuned, but why would I want to do that? There should not be an excessive amount of low frequency input and subsequent feedback. I'd rather buy twice as expensive, at least balanced. Also, the portability factor isn't quite here because the receiver box is unnecessarily large, and as a KDJ who needs portability, that just doesn't fit. I wouldn't buy it again and wouldn't dare trust GTD.
