I am a professional stylist and have been using this iron for almost 2 years! I had no problems with it at all! I use it to straighten my natural hair and my hair is so shiny and silky! It doesn't matter how thick your hair is, it gets the job done! Does not burn hair and does not overheat! If they ever stop making them I'll lose myself and may have to use a pressure comb again, which I don't want to do! This straightening iron behaves like a good old comb at maximum setting😊. PLEASE NEVER STOP THIS PRODUCT! This is my secret weapon for creating amazing silk wraps on natural hair! 😉
