Review on ComXim Electric 360 Degree Photography Turntable, 7.87in Diameter, 44LB capacity, App & Software Control, Shutter Cable for Canon by Zaine Davis

Ordered one - came sealed but all in a sticky substance, like glue around (?!) Sent back and ordered again - another came in an open box (!?). When I buy new, I expect like-new condition, not "like new". This is not good guys. But used or not, who is the genius that makes the exposure cable about 15 cm long!? And a spiral cable. If you try to make it longer, the post will pull out due to the nature of the coiled cord. You must hold the camera VERY close to the subject. So you need a lens that can focus close, like a macro lens. I just don't understand why such a simple but expensive device doesn't have a standard length cable (save a few cents cable?). UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars, not great and way below expectations but more or less works.
