Review on πŸ”Œ SL Euthtion 3000W Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter: LCD Display, USB Port, Wireless Remote, Solar, Outdoor by Paarvin Freedman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Base performance is very good but room for improvement

The product is close to the rated output power. I tested with four fully charged deep cycle batteries with thick wire connections. I exceeded 2850 watts of power. Output power 2500 W with two batteries. In order to reach the rated output of 3000 watts (8 batteries? 12 batteries?), an optimal power supply must be available. So you get up to 3000 watts if your power supply is "perfect". However, sometimes the remote control button needs to be pressed multiple times to turn on/off the device. Also, I was able to turn on the inverter with the remote control when the inverter power switch is off! (not always, but it happened). However, the inverter always runs, never overheats and I would buy it again for the very reasonable price I paid. The instructions are practically useless. I looked at manuals for similar devices to understand hardwired connections. As far as I remember, 1 is line (hot), 2 is ground (may or may not be), and 3 is neutral. The documentation says nothing about this. This is what the seller told me after contacting them - and had difficulty communicating with them in English. Can you believe hardwired ports are only labeled with numbers and not names? If you don't have hard wiring, you can't mess it up, but if you do have hard wiring, feel free to install this inverter. I probably should have rated this 3 stars based on the unreliable remote control and terrible documentation not worth the paper it's printed on. But the price of the inverter was so cheap and the basic quality is good that I have to give this inverter an above average rating.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Nothing here
