*People with carpal tunnel and arthritis should be careful. Hex keys are handy, but the one provided is inconvenient. * I bought two of these chairs. I assembled the first one following the instructions. But I found it very difficult to attach my arms to the pillow when the back was already attached. For the second chair, I FIRST attached the armrests to the cushion and then attached the backrest. For me personally it was much easier. 4 stars for the value because the price went from 49.99 to 79.99 in a matter of hours. I understand supply and demand as everyone is struggling to work from home these days, but that $50 chair is now $80.
