I am satisfied with this product. The color was exactly what I expected. The material doesn't feel too cheap, but I had reservations about tightening both straps as it seems like they might come loose if you pull too hard. I saw all the reviews and understood why they broke the straps at the bottom. So I tried to be careful with mine. I love gold zippers and accents. I don't like that the straps are over the backpack's zipper. If you see the 3rd, 4th and 5th photos I've attached, they criss-cross the bag's zipper and make it difficult to open. Overall, I feel like I got my money's worth. I wasn't expecting a very fancy bag but for the price and if you handle it carefully it will last you a long time.
