I am satisfied with this product. The color was exactly what I expected. The material doesn't feel too cheap, but I had reservations about tightening both straps as it seems like they might come loose if you pull too hard. I bought two of these, one for my sister and one for me for my sister's trip to Disneyland. Each of them had their own defect. At first glance they look high quality and we got a lot of compliments, but in the end they both had flaws. My front zip pocket is sewn inside out so things can be tucked into the pocket rather than put in. I have been carrying the bag for two months now. Love the idea of converting it from purse to backpack on the go. I had never seen anything like it before and it solved my problem: I wanted to look neat but not carry too much weight on one shoulder for too long. I liked the blue color I got. The inner lining is brown - not my favorite - very thin and papery. The size is large as it looks small but can fit a lot. EDIT 3 MONTHS LATER: The handbag has tiny black piping that has come off in several places. The surface of the material over the straps is tearing, some seams are unraveling. For a wallet that looks so shabby at 3 months this is a terrible rip off. Add to that the annoying way the straps cross at the top, preventing you from opening and closing them easily.
