Review on WOMEN'S HANDBAGS & WALLETS: BAG WIZARD Leather Cartoon Fashion Backpacks by Cheryl Griffin

I have been carrying the bag for two months now. Love the idea of converting it from purse to backpack on the go. I had never seen anything like it before and it solved my problem: I wanted to look neat but not carry too much weight on one shoulder for too long. I liked the blue color I got. The inner lining is brown - not my favorite - very thin and papery. The size is large as it looks small but can fit a lot. After a month of daily wear, one of the straps at the bottom started to come loose. I was very disappointed. I saw a review here from a person who had the same issue, messaged the seller and got a new backpack. So I tried my luck, emailed the seller and he sent me a new backpack for free! I am very impressed with their customer service. Also, I used shoe glue to glue the broken strap back in place and it has held up for a couple of weeks now. Hope this helps other people having the same problem. Overall I'm definitely happy with my purchase, I just wish the quality was a little better. I would pay a little more for that.
