January 2020 UPDATE: When I contacted them on November 20th, the seller apologized and said they would ship a replacement strap the next day. On December 8th I asked for an update on the replacement strap but the seller said it hadn't been sent and that they would send it soon. It is now January and there is still no replacement tape. The bag sat in my closet while I waited for a replacement. It started to loosen around other handles without being used. Cute bag but so poorly made and the seller is unreliable. UPDATE: After using this bag for less than a month, the strap that makes it a shoulder bag completely snapped. I didn't put anything heavy in this bag (phone, wallet, tissues and 3 diapers) and it broke on November 20th at 5pm. Ordered on 10/28. I'm curious what the seller is doing to fix this. I'll update then. This is based on first impressions only. I will update if there are any problems. This bag is amazing! Unfortunately I couldn't photograph it. There is a large inner pocket with a zipper. This is more than I expected based on the stated size. From the seam to the eyes, not counting the handles or wings, it measures approximately 12 inches in front, 10 inches high and 5 inches wide. Again, this is a measurement of the actual seams on the bag. The wings have a snap closure that helps them hold their shape, which I really appreciate. It can also serve as another way to attach something to the bag. The shoulder strap rings are separate from those for the smaller shoulder/hand straps which I think adds to the durability of the bag. No foreign smells. This bag is simply beautiful and it should be.
