Why don't you mention that they are not certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty, I ask the vendor. Is the assurance still valid, and if so, what steps will you take to implement them? This matter has been settled; the headphones have been returned, and the payment has been refunded. Some sort of delivery issue, they claimed. Advantages that vary: They're functional, the headphones themselves don't raise any red flags (albeit the case on the front side is little worn, yet they were boxed), but they hurt after prolonged use. The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Have drawbacks: I initially didn't think wearing them harmed. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are properly attached. I called customer care to see if I could obtain replacement overlays (I had read that they fixed the problem; I use small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and saying that they weren't certified until 2022.
