Expected arrival in a week but it came within two days! Received emails with correct tracking info. Got text alerts. Once it arrived it was very very easy to assemble. Best of all these chairs are so comfortable for my husband and myself. Husband is 210 pounds and I am 135 pounds. Fit both of us like A glove. We purchased the ottoman in picture separately. Great experience from beginning to end! Not always what you can expect when getting furniture. Couldn’t be happier!
