I was disappointed to see the button on the side pocket was so flimsy. I believe this is only the second time I have attempted to use this bag. However, the pattern, straps, and plenty of pockets and storage are very good. I have a fridge in my class and I needed a bag that could hold my breakfast, lunch and bottled water for transport to the fridge, but at the same time I could store my personal items and reusable shopping bags. The bag itself is very light, so adding all these items made it relatively light. With all the pockets, everything has its place. Except for this clasp, the rest of the bag holds up well. It's pretty flexible, but that's not a problem for me. For the price I get great features.
