Hello Revain Community. My chiropractor recommended this support pillow for my acute back pain. He mentioned that I need extra lumbar support as I've been sitting and driving in my office chair for too long due to COVID. I have tried many support pillows but this one helps. I actually take it from the car to the office and back. I really should get another one! I think what makes it special is the high quality foam inside as well as the ergonomic fit - it just fits perfectly in my Tesla seat.
