This is the third toothbrush I've tried. This is when you get what you pay for. I'm not sure of the causal factor, but all three models I had eventually died. Your motors are jamming or the connection from the battery to the motor is no longer working. My first model served me for several months, probably 6, and after a thorough cleaning due to plaque buildup at the junction of the battery connector and the brush body, and between the body and the bristle head, the model stopped working. The second is the same but took much less time. Now this third model died after three weeks, I assumed it was the batteries and replaced them and no the motor is dead again.
