The zero wire was not fully soldered to the board and the print was overloaded and burned out. Fortunately, this did not start a fire. This happened after only a few months of use, but most of the time it was sporadic so it gradually got worse until today it stopped completely. Update: Due to my poor rating, the seller offered to exchange the device for free. Arrived today and I opened the case to inspect the wiring and found the same incomplete soldering defect on the neutral wire on the board. If I draw enough current through this device, like the previous one, it will overheat.
