I'm 6'2", 230 lbs and have an athletic build. I usually prefer XL or XL Tall regular fit clothes. I ordered this Henley in XLT size and it's a little thinner than I was hoping. Still looks good but if it shrinks a lot in the wash I look like a Jersey Shore Extra. Addition: When washing it shrinks a lot. Will have to order a size larger. The quality of the stitching and the fabric is good. The fabric is thick enough that I can easily wear it on cool autumn days. The buttons are sewn on well. The texture of the waffles is very pleasant, I like it. The color shown online matches the product I received very well. I would recommend going up a size if you don't want a tight fit. Other than that, it's excellent value for money.
