I'm 5' 10", 174, with a 33-34" waist. I bought the LARGE, knowing that with 92% cotton, they'd shrink. When I received them, fit ok, if a little on the baggy side. (waist was fine, length about 1-2" too long.) After washing/drying, the fit was smaller, but just about right. The length was a tad short, landing right at the top of my foot. As far as comfort goes, they're amazing. really soft against the skin, super stretchy for exercise, lounging, etc. Basically shrunk to the size of a MEDIUM, or size "34 x 30" pants.
