Very difficult to open and close

When I received the product it seemed good and very durable at first. I wasn't keen on the belt strap, but it was an optional way to wear it. It was pretty easy to open the clasp. Then a problem arose. It was very difficult to fully open the valve to access the inner bag. The Velcro runs the full width of the bag and requires two hands to disassemble. Not suitable for quick access. I was concerned that attempting to do this for a short period of time might damage the velcro and material such that it would break completely. Closing the valve was easy with velcro. However, I had to press very hard to engage the latch and fully close it. I was pretty sure this operation would break my phone's glass as the back of the button is in direct contact with the front of my phone. All in all, I couldn't imagine spending $75 on something that I thought was about to fail and that was very difficult to open and close as the person often didn't have free hands to try one to open carrying case that needs to be opened . easy. This product really needs a better design.
